Guidelines for Game Images and Gameplay Videos (including live commentary) of "MODEL Debut3 #nicola" (hereinafter referred to as "Model Debut 3")

The FuRyu Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "we") is pleased to have our games shared on video sharing platforms and social media sites.
We have established guidelines for each of our specific games to allow our customers to share their experiences with our games freely while still maintaining our ability to manage our games' worldbuilding and copyright.
As long as it is within the scope of our guidelines, we do not intervene.

Overview

• Videos and screenshots captured from "Model Debut 3" may be uploaded or streamed for personal use within the scope of the guidelines.
• You may post guides, commentary, and informative videos on video sharing platforms and social media sites such as YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram.
• Permission is only granted for individual parties. Corporations or those affiliated with a corporation should inquire separately through the consumer games section at https://www.furyu.jp/contact.html.

Prohibited Actions

The following usages are prohibited, including for personal use.
Please be aware that we may take legal action, including content deletion, at our discretion.

• Usage for commercial purposes, such as uploading content on websites and services requiring payment for viewing
  *However, monetization that is limited to the monetization system of the video sharing platform will not be considered usage for commercial purposes.
• Uploading or distributing content for the sole purpose of posting event scenarios or music without gameplay, and content that includes unauthorized third-party intellectual property rights, violation of public order and morals, defamation (including, but not limited to, our company, works, or other companies), or false information that differs from officially announced information.
• Any other uploaded or streamed content we may deem to be inappropriate.

Even if the usage is in compliance with our guidelines, we do not take responsibility for the consequences of uploads, streams, and secondary uses of images, videos, or music conducted by customers.

You may be subject to punishment by law for the publication or distribution of content that infringes on rights, including but not limited to the rights of our company and others. Please enjoy the usage of our content while adhering to laws, rules, and regulations.
