Guidelines for game images and play videos (including live action)

In principle, Furyu Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") does not grant permission to individual customers for the publication or distribution of images and screenshots captured from games or to the use of other copyrighted materials such as characters and music which the Company holds copyright.
However, with regards to the use of images and screenshots captured from games "Logical True King" (hereinafter referred to as "This Work") released by the Company, you may use them within the scope of this Guidelines and for personal use only.

[ Conditions of use ]

• The permission of use is only for individual customers.
  *Corporations or customers affiliated with a corporation may use https://www.furyu.jp/contact.html to contact us.
• You may post videos of game strategies, introductions, play-by-play and commentary on video-sharing websites and social network media, including YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.
• The Company may not have the copyright on music (including those included in This Work). In such cases, please obtain permission from the rights holder at your own responsibility.
• The following copyright mark must be clearly displayed when distributing the video.

• The Company will not individually license or promote videos posted by customers as official videos of us.
• When distribute the video, please pay respect to other users to enjoy the work to the fullest extent. If the video contains important parts and spoilers of the scenario, you may give sufficient consideration like indicating this.
• The use of websites and services that require payment for viewing, the use of advertisement systems on video submission websites, and the use of so-called "Nagesen" (tips and gifts) on video distribution services to distribute strategy, introduction, play-by-play and commentary videos of This Work are not restricted. However, please note that you are responsible for any troubles or damages arising from such use.
• The company will not respond to any enquiries regarding the details of this Guidelines or criteria for the videos that have been distributed.

[ Prohibited items ]

The following uses are prohibited, even for personal use.

• All types of distribution prior to the release date of This Work.
• The publication or distribution that is not intended to play video, but has been edited for the purpose of viewing event scenes, music or character voices.
• The publication or distribution of areas that are 'no distribution' in the settings of the game console.
• The publication or distribution which contains intellectual property rights held by a third party without authorization, which offends public order and morality, which slanders other companies, or which contains information that differs from that officially announced.
• The publication or distribution that could be misinterpreted as official or similar to the Company's official content.
• Any other publication or distribution which is deemed inappropriate by the Company.

If any prohibited item is included in the published or distributed videos, the Company may take legal action, such as deletion and so on, at our own discretion.

The Company does not guarantee the results of the publication, distribution or other secondary use of still images, videos, music, etc. made by customers, even if they are used in accordance with this Guidelines.
Publication or distribution that infringes the rights of others, including the Company, may result in punishment of the customer itself. Please observe all laws, rules and manners when using the site.
